Free tax help available at library

Free income tax assistance preparation will be available for low- to moderate-income individuals at the Woburn Public Library, 45 Pleasant St., Woburn, on Saturday mornings from Feb. 6 through April 10.Appointments will be between 9:15 and 11:30 a.m.
Local tax-aide volunteers, who are trained by AARP and certified by the IRS, will provide assistance with both federal and state tax forms.Appointments are required, and space is limited. These appointments are available on a first come, first served basis. Each one-on-one session will last approximately 45 minutes.Participants should bring a copy of last year’s tax returns, as well as W2s, 1099s and other documents necessary for tax form preparation.
